1980's style kitchen in town home with vinyl flooring oak builder grade kitchen cabinetry, laminate counter top's and outdated wallpaper, kitchen appliances and sink fixture.



Note the lovely brass hanging fixture and surface mounted light.

The original cabinetry remains in place and has been professionally painted. New stainless steel pulls, knobs and cabinet hinges have been installed. The wall paper has been completely removed. The walls and water damaged ceilings have been repaired and the entire room has been repainted from floor to ceiling.

New GE "Profile" stainless steel appliances. The old brass lighting fixtures have been removed and new recessed  lighting and ceiling fan/light have been installed.


The sheet vinyl flooring has been removed and new Pergo laminate flooring has been installed.


The laminate counters are now gone and Ubatuba granite counter with 4" back splash has been installed.

Kitchen demolition is completed.


New cherry kitchen cabinetry, cherry soffits and cherry crown molding.

New granite counter, sink and venetian bronze sink fixture installed.


New kitchen island with granite overhang and brackets. New under counter outlets have been installed. The range top down draft ventilation system has been installed. The tile flooring has been repaired to match the existing tile. Cherry shoe molding to match cabinetry is now complete.

Installation of new desk area. The double oven and refrigerator have both been relocated. New wiring and plumbing was installed to accommodate the relocation of these appliances. A new dining room surface mounted light fix has been installed. (upper left).


The removal of the old fluorescent lighting is now complete. RCI  installed 6" recessed lighting in it's place. 

New "pendant" lighting over island area. Note the "soft arc" counter top on the kitchen island.

  1. Nice work on the project shown in the first four photos. For some reason, those curved countertops seem to look so prominent in an open kitchen. The faucet is appealing as well. Again, great work!
