This project was a major home renovation over a period of 5-6 months. The renovations included the design and construction of a 1625 square foot two story addition, adding three full new bathrooms, including 800 square feet of in-law living space with a small kitchenette. Other renovations include entire roof replacement and adding approximately 200 square feet to an existing deck. Stone columns and underpinning were added to the front porch. Approximately 20% of the existing interior was renovated relocating walls and removing on existing bathroom. A tank-less water heater was added to accommodate the hot water needs of the new bathrooms.
